Hi Tim, When you open the document, and click on one of the editable fields, you should get a flashing line, indicating that you can start typing. Also, if you hold down Control + E at the same time, it’ll bring up a menu of options — font, font size, etc. I recommend opening the file with Adobe Reader. For years that was the standard for working with pdf files, but in recent times Google Chrome, IE and others have muddied the waters by creating their own pdf readers. They’re usually the cause for files not working as they should.

I print mine out on tagboard and trying to figure out which way to align it so it doesn’t print over the one I just did is always a challenge for me! I’m one of those lucky electronically inept people who always seem to insert it the WRonG way into the printer and end up wasting the tagboard and having to start all over!
