Simple to upload and unzip files UnRarX is very easy to use. Simply drag and drop RAR files onto the UnRarX interface and your files will be automatically unzipped. There was no software on my new mac for expanding rar files from my old computer. This application solved my issue.
Unlike other utilities for mac it has poor interface. My fist impression - it resembles old Windows programs.
Single window with Text, Browse and Extract option. In fact this is all you need for unpacking rar files. This application does what it really needs to do. Just drag the file to UnRarx window and it will extract it to chosen folder. Software manufacturers also provided users with limited support option. If you have any difficulties while using this application you can look through the manual and find all info there.
I would also admit that this is a simple and freeware utility. Pros: easy to use.

No real problems with it. The only change I actually would like is that if a password is needed, it should ask for that before starting the extraction process.
Right now, it starts the process then eventually stops and gives a slightly vague error. That wastes my time. The Unarchiver, my other unrar utility, asks for the password upfront.
I think MacPar Deluxe does, too. But UnrarX does Par2 repairs faster and more efficiently than MacPar does. I like how it tells me exactly how much recovery data I need to make a repair. Slightly ugly interface, with a little too much information during extraction, but I don't mind since I probably got used to it years ago.
